Affiliate Program & Commission Structure

By genuinely promoting the products and services offered by Plugincy, affiliates will receive a commission based on the value (excluding applicable taxes) of any plugin purchases made through a referral link placed on their website that leads to plugincy.com.

Currently, the affiliate commission is set at 30%. Plugincy retains the right to modify this percentage at its discretion. Any updates to the commission rate will be communicated to affiliates via email.

Commission applies only to the customer’s first purchase of a yearly or lifetime license. It does not extend to license renewals or recurring payments.

Referral links must direct users to main pages on plugincy.com such as the homepage, plugin listings, product-specific pages, or relevant blog posts. Commission will not be granted for clicks leading to demo or documentation pages.

Plugincy will maintain accurate tracking and provide affiliates with up-to-date earnings information in their affiliate dashboard within the Affiliate Area on plugincy.com.

Payment Process

Due to Plugincy’s 15-day refund window, commissions earned in one month will be paid in the first week of the second month following the sale. For example, January earnings are paid in early March, February in early April, and so on.

All payouts are made in US Dollars via PayPal or Stripe, using the details affiliates provide in the Affiliate Area. Affiliates can also send us an invoice, which we pay by card.

A $50 minimum threshold applies to payouts. Amounts below this limit will carry over to the next month’s cycle.

Disqualified Commissions

Only legitimate referrals will be compensated. Plugincy reserves the right to reject any commission if:

The order was refunded or canceled.
The affiliate’s method violates program policies.
The affiliate purchased using their own link.
The referral originated from a coupon-sharing or discount code site.

In cases where a previously paid commission must be refunded due to a return or chargeback, that amount will be subtracted from future payments.

Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes arising from earnings through Plugincy’s program. Plugincy does not withhold or manage taxes on your behalf.

Referral Tracking & Cookies

Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies placed on the user’s device when they click a referral link. Cookies expire after 30 days. If a customer completes a purchase after this period, or uses a different browser/device, the affiliate will not earn a commission.

No commission is recorded if cookies are disabled or fail to load properly.

Acceptable Promotion Strategies

Affiliates are encouraged to share our products in ways that provide value to users. Our goal is to reward affiliates who truly believe in our plugins. Suggestions include:

Blog content & plugin reviews – Publishing detailed, honest content about our plugins helps attract customers and increase conversions.
Social media posts – Share useful information and recommendations through platforms like Twitter and Facebook. Avoid spammy behavior.
Forum assistance – Many users ask for plugin advice in online groups. If Plugincy plugins help, share your link while providing real help.
Client referrals – If you work with clients in development or design, refer them to our tools using your link.
Cross-promotions – Promote Plugincy’s tools alongside other products you sell. Let’s talk if you have creative promotional ideas.

Unacceptable Promotion Methods

Listings on coupon or discount websites are not allowed.
Misleading content suggesting an official relationship with Plugincy is prohibited.
Spam in any form (email, comments, etc.) is strictly disallowed.
Affiliates must not promote links in unethical, offensive, or illegal ways.

Paid Advertising Guidelines

You may use paid ads to promote Plugincy under these conditions:

Do not bid on Plugincy’s brand name or its variants in ad platforms.
Do not use plugincy.com in the display URL.
Always link to your own content first, then embed your affiliate link within it.

Breach of Terms

If Plugincy finds your promotional tactics violate these conditions, we may withhold commissions and deactivate your account. We will usually notify you but reserve the right not to in serious cases.

Use of Brand Materials

Affiliates may use official banners and referral links provided in the Affiliate Area to promote Plugincy products. All branding, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of Plugincy and are provided solely for affiliate marketing use under these terms.

Independent Relationship

Affiliates are not employees, agents, or representatives of Plugincy. This agreement does not form any business partnership. Affiliates cannot represent or bind Plugincy in any business matter.

Affiliate Declarations

By joining the program, you confirm:

You are legally allowed to enter this agreement.
You will not engage in email spam or misrepresent our products.
You won’t use confusing branding, domain names, or suggest our tools are your own.
Your content will be appropriate and will not contain harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful material.

Liability and Indemnity

Affiliates agree to indemnify and defend Plugincy against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from violations of these terms or improper conduct in their promotions.

Agreement Duration

These terms become effective when your affiliate account is created. Either party may end the agreement at any time. You will receive commissions for qualifying sales made before the termination date.

After termination, you may still promote Plugincy, but no further commissions will be earned unless Plugincy grants written permission.

Content Removal Requests

Plugincy may request that any content misrepresenting its products or violating these terms be removed. The affiliate must comply with such requests within two working days.

Limitation of Liability

Plugincy is not responsible for lost earnings, service interruptions, or any direct or indirect damages related to participation in this program.

Severability Clause

If any provision within this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain fully effective and enforceable.
