Compatibility Report, Front-End Self Test and Safe Mode

The Compatibility tab finds settings and plugins that would stop a module working, tests a real product page like a visitor, and has a safe mode that turns every Direct Checkout feature off on the shop side in one switch.

  • Front-end self test opens one of your product pages and reports whether the Buy Now button, the popup trigger, the sticky bar and the stylesheet appeared. Themes with their own product templates and some caching setups can leave a module out without any error.
  • Safe mode turns off every Direct Checkout feature on your shop’s pages while your settings stay. Use it to see whether a problem comes from this plugin; turn it off to bring everything back.
  • Environment shows PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce and theme details for support.
  • Debug Mode (General tab) writes Buy Now and popup order events to the WordPress debug log. It needs Analytics on and WP_DEBUG on in wp-config.php; leave it off on a live store and turn it on only while you look into a problem.
