WooCommerce’s block checkout ignores the classic checkout field filters, so Checkout Fields settings have no effect there. Direct checkout, Buy Now, the sticky bar and the popup all work with the block checkout.
When the plugin finds a block checkout page, the Checkout Fields tab and the health score tell you, and offer a one-click switch to the classic checkout shortcode. A backup of the page is kept, so you can switch back.
If you use the block checkout on purpose, edit its fields in the block editor instead.
