Add a Slider With a Shortcode or the Gutenberg Block

Every Slidario slider can be placed with the Slidario Gutenberg block or with its shortcode, for example [slidario id="64"]. Both are free and show the slider exactly as in the builder preview.

Gutenberg block

  1. Edit a page or post and click +.
  2. Search for Slidario and add the block.
  3. In the block settings on the right, under Slider Settings → Choose slider, pick your slider.
  4. The block shows the live slider in the editor. Save the page.
The Slidario block in the block editor shows the live slider.

Shortcode

Copy the shortcode from the builder’s preview card, the Sliders list or the dashboard, and paste it into any page, post, widget or page builder.

[sliderflow id="64"]
Slidario → Sliders: click a shortcode to copy it. Filter by type, drafts or trash.
Slidario → Sliders: click a shortcode to copy it. Filter by type, drafts or trash.

The Sliders list shows each slider’s type, style, shortcode, views in the last 30 days and status. The buttons on each row edit the slider or copy its shortcode; the ⋯ menu has Move to Trash. Filter by type, Drafts or Trash, and use Export to back up sliders.

In a PHP template use <?php echo do_shortcode( '[slidario id="64"]' ); ?>. The shortcode has only the id attribute; all styling lives in the slider itself.

Slidario notices where each slider is placed (posts, blocks, page builders and Pro placement rules) and shows “On …” next to it on the dashboard, so you always know where a slider is used.
