Tell the plugin how AI should recognise your brand and how often to check. Getting these right means every mention is counted and your API costs stay where you want them.
Your brand
- Brand name: your brand as people write it. Every AI answer is searched for this name.
- Other names AI may use: short names, old names or your domain name, comma separated. Any of them counts as a mention. Matched as whole words.
- Website: your domain without https://, for example example.com. Used to see when AI cites your own pages.
Runs & limits
- Schedule: how often all active prompts are checked automatically: Weekly (default), Manual only, or Daily PRO. You can click Run check now at any time.
- Samples per prompt PRO: AI answers change from one ask to the next. Asking each prompt up to 3 times gives steadier numbers but uses that many times the API calls. The free version asks once.
- Max API calls per month: a safety cap on your AI bills, explained in setting a monthly API call limit.
- Keep results for (days): answers older than this are deleted; data retention and deleting results covers what stays.
