If your Pro license key does not activate, the License page says why, next to the status of your Pro license key. Each message below comes with the fix, so updates and support are back on quickly.

| This license key is not valid. Check it in your purchase email or your account on plugincy.com. | Copy the key again with no spaces. Find my key on plugincy.com shows all your keys. |
| This key is for a different Plugincy product. | Use the key bought for AI Visibility & Brand Mention Tracker Pro; each Plugincy plugin has its own key. |
| This license is already used on all the sites it allows. Deactivate it on another site, or upgrade the license on plugincy.com. | On a site you no longer need, open AI Visibility → License and click Deactivate; or upgrade to a plan with more sites. |
| This license expired on [date]. Renew it on plugincy.com to get updates and support again. | Renew in your plugincy.com account. Pro keeps working meanwhile; only updates and support stop. |
| This license key has been disabled. Please contact Plugincy support. | The key was turned off, for example after a refund. Contact Plugincy support. |
| plugincy.com did not answer. Please try again in a few minutes. | Your site could not reach plugincy.com. Try again later; if it keeps happening, ask your host whether outgoing requests are blocked by a firewall or security plugin. |
Moving to a new domain or staging site? Deactivate the key on the old site first, then activate it on the new one.
